A circle is a space for self-reflection, sisterhood and rest, free of judgement for women to share their wisdom and experiences. There will be beautiful rituals, discussion, music, intention-setting.For centuries women have gathered in circles to share their voices, creating a safe, non-judgmental and inclusive space where women can come together to be heard, support and empower each other.Somewhere along the way we have lost this powerful ceremony meaning women feel like they are not being heard or seen for who they really are.
These circles are for women of all ages and stages and include meditation, supporting discussion and connection. Come in your comfiest clothes, PJs welcome. Each month we will discuss a different topic, the best way to get the most out of circle is to attend each month, don't worry if you cannot make one of two through the year. We will have a break in August.
