Women’s Circles are a sacred circle of connection and serve a powerful purpose. In our circles, we will be talking with each other, reflecting and connecting, meditating, and engaging in ceremony and releasing rituals. There is a potential for drumming and a Puja ceremony (fire ceremony) and of course, as always … a sound bath. We meet around the New Moon to tap into the potency of the Lunar cycles that already live within us.We begin promptly at 6pm and prepare for breathwork and meditationCome on an empty stomach please Each session offers a theme for the month /Lunar cycle in particular.During a Women’s Circle you can expect <ul><li>Dharma, breath work, chanting, and meditation</li><li>Sharing and New Moon intentions - connection</li><li>Crystal bowl sound bath </li><li>Divination tools that may include drumming, chanting, essential oils, sound bath, fire puja</li><li>Bring something to the circle to write with, a cushion, a blanket, an eye pillow, and a journal.</li></ul>We dive into the energy of the Divine Feminine, or Shakti, the Universal power and the unexplainable movement of energy. The Divine Feminine IS the Moon and understanding her rhythms and cycles and how they relate to you, is imperative in evolving and aligning with your soul’s calling. Every circle is different but one thing remains constant … BEING IN CIRCLE, in person or online, cracks open the heart. When global communities gather, relaxing into the power of Shakti, it creates the potential for miracles to manifest. How this circle will unfold is unknown, it is Divine and you will be a part of it.These circles started over 7 years ago, in Marin County, CA - as Shakti Circles. They were meant to shift the energy back to the Feminine through powerful circles of women on the Full Moon. Shakti is the dynamic quality that is pumping the blood through your veins, guiding the breath through your lungs, and energetically connecting us all despite time, space, and distance. It’s the energy that creates everything.
