This gathering is a sacred space where female identifying folx of all backgrounds are invited to come together, share their stories, and support one another in a safe, heart-centered environment.Whether you’re looking to be heard, to listen, or simply to be present, this circle is an opportunity to slow down, connect deeply, and feel held by community.What to Expect: • Guided grounding and intention-setting • Open sharing (always optional) • Gentle movement or breathwork • Tea, conversation, and support
