<h3><strong><strong>Women’s Circle: Feminine Energy — Self Expression</strong></strong><br><em><em>Release Bodywork + Healing · August 29th @ 10:00 AM</em></em></h3><h3>This late August circle is all about self-expression — in your personal life, your relationships, and how you show up as the woman you truly are. We’ll get honest about what you’ve been holding onto, where you’ve been biting your tongue, and the places your voice has been shrinking to keep the peace. </h3><h3>Through guided reflection, throat chakra activation, gentle movement, and sharing, you’ll begin to access more confidence in your self-expression, speak from your body instead of just your mind, and step more fully into your power.</h3><h3>Together, we’ll explore the stories that have silenced you, practice using your voice in safe, supportive ways, and anchor in the truth that you are allowed to take up space — in your relationships, in your choices, and in the life you’re creating. This is a space for women who are ready to stop holding it all in and start expressing themselves with more clarity, honesty, and heart.</h3><p><br></p><h3><strong><strong>What to bring:</strong></strong><br>yoga mat, a cozy blanket, a water bottle, and a journal with a pen. If you’d like, you can also bring an eye pillow or small cushion for extra comfort — cushions will be provided in the space.
