Settle into a container of feminine nurturance.

This 2.5 hour breathwork workshop offers an opportunity to drop out of the mind and into the body.

We start with somatic exercises and authentic relating to build co-regulation and safety in the container.

Then we move through a full conscious connected breathwork journey that ends in a deep parasympathetic (rest and relaxation) state.

We end with an intentional integrative process before opening the space to a free flow of social connection.

What is breathwork, and how does it benefit women specifically?

Breathwork involves conscious control & manipulation of breathing patterns to promote relaxation, release tension, & enhance overall well-being. For women, it can be particularly beneficial as it offers a space for emotional release, stress reduction, & connection with their bodies.

Is breathwork suitable for beginners?

Yes, absolutely! Our breathwork circle is open to participants of all levels, including beginners. No prior experience is necessary, and our facilitator will guide you through the process step by step, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported throughout the session.

What should I wear or bring to the event?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted movement and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. Yoga mats will be provided, but you may choose to bring your own. You may also want to bring a personal blanket or eye mask.

Is there anything I should avoid before attending, like heavy meals or caffeine?

It's best to avoid heavy meals or large quantities of caffeine before attending the event, as these can affect your ability to relax and fully engage in the breathwork experience. Opting for light, nourishing foods and staying hydrated will help you get the most out of the session.

I'm pregnant. Is it safe for me to participate?

While breathwork can be a deeply beneficial practice, we advise pregnant individuals to consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Depending on your specific circumstances, modifications may be recommended to ensure your safety and comfort during the session.

Will the breathwork session involve physical touch or adjustments?

Hands-on facilitation is offered on a consent basis. If you prefer no physical touch during the session, you can still participate fully as our facilitator will guide you through the practice verbally, offering support and encouragement as needed.

Will there be opportunities for socializing after the breathwork session?

Absolutely! After the breathwork concludes, we invite you to stay & connect with your fellow participants in a relaxed & supportive space. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your experiences, insights, and reflections from the session & to build meaningful connections within our community.
