About this event

Empowering Through Healing, Confidence, and Unity

Our resilience group focuses on empowering service women who have served and are currently serving in the military. Recognizing their unique challenges, including military sexual trauma and mental health, it offers a supportive and safe environment for healing and growth.

Leveraging the shared experiences of service and transition, the group creates a space where members can connect, advocate, and empower each other, ultimately strengthening the bonds of sisterhood within the veteran and active-duty communities.

Whether you're seeking support, looking to connect with peers, or eager to contribute your strengths to a community that values your service and sacrifice, you'll find a welcoming space here. Together, we can navigate the challenges, celebrate the achievements, and build a resilient future.

We have moved to having our meetings twice a month! The second meeting of the month will be our resource workshops! They are designed to provide education about everything from VA claims to VA healthcare and much more!

The meeting starts at 6:00 pm. Complimentary snacks and beverages will be provided!

For any questions or concerns, please reach out to Victoria at victoria@warriorunbound.org or 858-910-5160.

We hope to see you there!

Frequently asked questions

Is the meeting open to Active-Duty?

Yes! We welcome service women of all kinds! This includes veterans, active-duty, reserves, and National Guard. We are all inclusive and do not allow discrimination of any kind, including rank and character of discharge.

Will what we discuss get reported back to our Command?

Absolutely not. The entire point of our group is to provide a safe, judgment free, confidential space for all our service women and veterans. Confidentiality is a requirement and nothing told in group will be disclosed to an outside party without your consent.

Will there be childcare provided?

We are still working out the logistics behind providing childcare during the meetings. If it is an active barrier to you joining this month's meeting, please reach out to Victoria.
