What do I bring?

Get as cozy as possible. You will be laying down for most of the class. Mats, bolsters, eye masks and blankets will be provided to you. I always say if you want another mat, or your own eye mask, pillow, or blanket. Bring that. Some even bring something to lay on to create more cushion.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a super relaxing ancient healing modality that supports the immune system, calms the nervous system, and promotes inner healing. The practitioner channels energy with the recipient to activate these natural healing processes.
