Hey Ladies! it's almost at the half-year mark! Are you feeling a little overworked, and overwhelmed, but want to feel overjoyed? We are cultivating a creative , hollistic & expressive event to uplift women for the day. Our Alleviating Creative Expression workshop will entail Yoga, Creative Journaling , Artistic expression, Fire Breaths & Sound Bath Meditation practice. This will be a day about Self-care , a beautiful spiritual & relaxing experience that will help us dig deep into our inner selves and prepare to manifest what we'd like to introduce to our lives for the next half of the year.

The extra perks will be that you will be srrounded by beautiful art inside of the "ArtFull Walls Gallery" , be entertained by amazing performers, raffles and Shop with Hollistic Vendors lead by driven women, in alignment with spirtual wellness. Part of the Funds that we are raising will go towards charitable purposes , for more "Stand for Education" and "Runway to Freedom Refugees" in Africa , and to implement more creative art therapy events for the community. So please keep in mind that you are shopping for a purpose , and that this gathering is a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and lift each other up.

MILYA IZEL - EVENT CURATOR , MODEL , PAINTER & FOUNDER OF @Ccc.Art.Collective

Born in Brooklyn, raised in the Bronx & Harlem , MILYA is a multidisciplinary artist with a desire to connect, heal and inspire others. She organizes fun & artistic events all throughout the Boroughs of NYC with the help of creative friends.

In her early years, she started as illustrator and segued into modeling and bartending as she entered college. After a few years of combining art, fashion, and hospitality she got inspired to be more purposeful with her creativity and career.

MILYA began participating in community activism and art murals in 2016, and saw that her true passion grew toward utilizing ART as a tool to unite and heal. As she continued to support other creatives and community events, she took it upon herself to create her own lane and company.

In 2017 she conjured the idea to start a collective that focused on art, mental health, and community. In 2020, “Creative Conscientious Art Collective” was officially formed , sparked with their first official event at a Gallery. She is training to earn her Creative Art Therapy Certicificate to learn more ways to empower others through the arts. The intention is to bring together multi-talented artists to build the groundwork for a fun, creative and mentally secure society.

ROSZELLA - EVENT CURATOR , POET, FIRE BREATH FACILITATOR , FOUNDER OF @TheAboriginalWombCircle

Roszella is certified with Global Master Healer; Queen Afua as a Sacred Woman, and Sacred Woman Practitioner. Furthermore, she is a Shaman/Priestess who teaches ancestral lineage DNA Activation through magic mushroom ceremonies, rituals, diet, ancient medicines, tools and practices.

Currently, she hosts a monthly International Womb Circle and offers Elemental Energy Readings. Roszella knows what it feels like to be the wounded and abandoned wombman. Therefore, she addressed her womb chakra, activated her solar and sacral chakras, and let her divine feminine be reborn from the ashes and tears.

“As someone who has personally lived through the challenges and traumas that refugees and immigrants face, I want their voices to be heard, their stories to be told." -Mari

Mari was born in Wau, a village near the Nile River in South Sudan. Her childhood was destroyed by the country’s second civil war that lasted from 1983 to 2005. Her family had to flee their home, taking only what they could carry. But they were among the lucky ones. There were mass killings, widespread famine; over a million people died in this conflict.

For the next 2 decades Mari was a refugee, living stateless in shared homes, run-down apartments, often on the move, scared & never certain if the next destination would be safe.

Her own personal journey from South Sudan to Egypt to the United States is the story of so many global children who are forced to flee their country because of war, violence, persecution and economic hardships. It heightened her awareness and sensitivity to the shared suffering of others. It also deepened her commitment to provide the support and opportunities for immigrants and refugees to develop to their fullest potential. And the key to this, as it was for herself, is education.

Stand for Education

is a charity organization dedicated to providing access to quality education for children affected by war and conflict, with a special focus on girls education and women empowerment. We provide access to educational resources; Clothing, Shoes, Backpacks, Books, Uniform, Workshops on personal hygiene and use of hygiene products, Seminars on self-esteem, awareness through public events, such as concerts, fashion shows, art exhibitions or children’s programs. We strive to identify sustainable empowerment and educational opportunities for the underserved children in war ravaged countries who reside in US and abroad, with a special focus on girls in South Sudan and beyond.

Handmade by us - a South Sudanese Women's cooperative. Our shea butter is cold pressed and chemical free - safeguarding all the natural bioactive benefits of Grade A nilotic shea butter. It is currently the only South Sudanese nilotic shea butter available on world markets.

Our shea butter is organic, sustainably harvested and produced. And through the profit from our sales we support girls education and protect the environment.

Reflecting on her upbringing, realization kicked in, that a lot of information about womb health and healing is surrounded by shame and pure lack of knowledge. The oral tradition of teaching had somehow become broken. And so, Ifátinúwẹ̀ felt a responsibility to repair this lineage, not only for herself and her family but for others as well.

Womb Shanti began completely out of a need that she saw lacking within her gender and cultural community. Trauma-Informed Practitioner, Iyanifa Ifátinúwẹ̀ - Shanti Parvan was taught by both Taino and African Elders, Ifátinúwẹ̀ combines oral and formal practicum.

In late 2019, Harlem Native, Jessica Wright, formerly a financial supervisor, faced a personal health crisis and turned to natural remedies for recovery. Kii MICHELLE HAYNES - CHROEGRAPHER , PROFESSIONAL DANCER , FLEXIBILITY STRECH COACH , CREATOR OF "Kii Body Lab - @KiiMichelleH - "Stretch & Body Conditioning"

Kii Michelle Haynes, is a professional dancer and Model from Harlem, New York since the age of 7. Studying mainly Ballet but also trained in Contemporary, Jazz, street jazz, hip hop, tap, african, gymnastics, and Heels. She has received all her training from Uptown Urban Dance Theatre Company and Alvin Ailey Program in NYC.

As a ballet based stretch coach Kii Michelle’s practice is solely based on bettering the minds and bodies of non dancers. “You do not have to be a dancer to treat yourself as one.” Kii Michelle currently is studying to receive her AAFA training license as she teaches fitness and stretch classes all over NYC and the untried states. Kii is a strong women’s empowerment coach to inner city Teens and Adults in which has helped her create her own self body and awareness class focusing on a full on body “Stretch & Body Conditioning” class.

LESLIE WRIGHT - AEROBIC INSTRUCTOR , CONSULTANT - CEO of "PussNBootz "

Leslie Wright is an Aerobic Instructor that has been training for about 17 years. She received her Aerobics certificatein the City of New York Parks dept. Leslie is also a Consultant, she teaches classes in a Senior Center and in the Parks in different locations of NYC. She works with students of all ages and specializes with Senior citizens Chair workout.

Born and raised in Harlem a proud mother of 7 children . Her philosophy is "Just because I have 7 children doesn't mean I have to look like it ." She always works out to keep her shape and maintain her health. It relieves stress and feels good to look good (at age 61). She is now enjoying the 2nd part of her life. Her love and passion is to help encourage and enhance people's self-esteem. She finds it important to fast and pray every day. She likes to start her with a smile because in her words " I give it all to God."

All of her classes are fun , enthusiastic dancing and great music for everyone's enjoyment. Leslie's goal is to not only help people workout and have a Healthy Heart . The goal is also to release stress out of their body and Mind , help lower their blood pressure ,and burn the sugar out of their muscles ; especially if they are a diabetic. She wants to really help people Enjoy Life to the Fullest .
