In our personal and professional lives, we are constantly challenged by stressors, fears, and worries. Constant flow of negative information in the news, concerns about inflation, recession, global instability, and wars, pressure to continue managing the new post covid normal while balancing remote work, or returning to in-office work, kids schedules and household duties – all these and much more are just part of the things we are dealing with as women professionals. Speaker:Ludmila (Mila) Golovine is President and CEO of MasterWord Services, Inc., a global language solutions company that embodies Golovine’s commitment to doing business with heart. She integrates both wellness and mindfulness throughout MasterWord’s operations. As a leader with firsthand experience in the high-stress profession of interpreting, Golovine understands the impacts of stress and anxiety on language and localization professionals, managers, and executives. For the past 15 years, she has applied her training in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) therapy, Trauma Informed Care as well as skills as Master Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Certified Demartini Method Facilitator to tirelessly help promote health and wellness to those in the language services industry.
