Welcome to the The Witch of All Trades Magical Skillshare. Are you a witch who is hungry for community? Looking to learn something magical and new? Craving the hands-on practical magic? You've found the right spot.

Each month, we'll meet on the last Saturday of the month from 10 am to 11:30 am PDT via zoom as we journey through a seasonally aligned DIY ritual and spellcraft corresponding to the Seagrape themes of the month! This month will feature special guest speaker Frankie Castanea! Join the Seagrape Witches for a 1.5 hour class to explore and develop your inner witch skills as we lean into Seagrape Apothecary's monthly theme.

This month we will be exploring the theme of Body as Sanctuary by taking us back to the basics. Let's dive into how to build an altar and adorn it with personal, powerful tools and intentions. Then translate that to how we can treat our bodies as altars and trust our inherent intuition that is the root of all magic.

To eat is to nourish. To feed is to care. Join Frankie Castanea as they share elements of their personal journey healing their body and gut with ancestral foods, foods that heal and connect us to our roots and our lineages. Expect to discuss elements of how our bodies can commune with our spiritual lineages through simplicity, a ritual to invite ancestors into your kitchen, and working to heal trauma and grief surrounding the loss of food and culture. The conversation will include a few recipes, including pastina, or Italian penicillin and foccacia, or bread, with accompanying conversations on brodo, or broth, and its healing properties as well as bread and the grain mothers we can commune with.

Please bring:

• A journal and pen
• a representation of each element (air, fire, water, earth, and spirit)
• any symbols of guides, deities, ancestors
• intentions and spellwork you may want to share
• Any tools you need to create a supportive energetic container (we love soft blankets, pillows, candles, and snacks for nourishment!)

About the Instructor:

Frankie Castanea (they/them) is an eclectic Italian American folk witch and is known by the internet as Chaotic Witch Aunt. They have several platforms that they use to educate and entertain within the realm of their witchcraft experiences, as well as consistently centering the importance of decentering and desettling the witchcraft practice through uplifting voices that matter.
