Wise women Walk - May Bracelet Bay to Langland Bay and return

We understand the benefits of being outdoors, how it sparks creativity, it allows the mind to think more clearly as you breath in fresh air, look up to the open skies and around at the wonderful, changing views nature has to offer. It supports mental and physical wellbeing and nothing beats feeling the breeze in your hair and the sun on your face!

Our members will get together on a monthly basis to enjoy good quality walks of between one to two hours on easy terrain, so great for ladies of all walking abilities, there's usually a cafe stop either along the way or at the end.

The Wise Women who Walk will be safe in the knowledge the routes have been planned by qualified walk leaders, risk assessed, there will be qualified outdoor first aiders on hand and insurance in place. Walks will consist of no more than 12 Wise Women!

About Us

Cheryl is a qualified Coach and licensed career change coach. She is a fitness instructor, holds an Outdoor First Aid Certificate and will soon be a qualified Hill and Moorland Walk Leader. Cheryl is a wife, step-mum, dog mum, lover of the outdoors and Captain of a rounders team called Rounder Bend!

Em is a mum of two daughters and a WCS called Hamish. She loves to be outdoors and active, be that up a mountain or by the sea. By day Em is a personal growth and leadership coach and recently qualified Funeral Celebrant. As a Business Owner, it can be a lonely place, so the opportunity for connection with other business women in the fresh air, for peer to peer support, exercise and hopefully laughter is time well invested.

Leanne is a lover of the outdoors, particularly where water is involved! She runs a people and workplace consultancy that works for the people and the business. In her ‘spare’ time she runs an outdoor wellbeing business that supports people to get active and connect with nature, themselves and each other.
