Pastor Christopher J Harris, a native of Palatka, FL is Executive Pastor of Crossover Church of Tampa, Fla. He resides in Tampa with his wife (of 20 years) and four children. He's served at ministries in Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Chicago, IL., which has afforded him the opportunity to consult and train churches and non-profits all over the country. Concurrently, he is Director of Administration and Vision for Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International and also serves as Founder & CEO for DiverseChurchJobs.com. His passion for inspiring others has expanded to additional platforms including his weekly podcast, The Wise Idea Podcast, broadcasting to over 29 nations around the world. He’s also Author of the books, Temporary Assignments and Church Strategies and Ministry Systems. Both of which maintained Amazon #1 release in their categories for multiple months. His entrepreneurial pursuits also involve him being the Founder & Chief Content Officer for Inspired Ideas Group, LLC, The Timothy Project, and The Healthy Urban Church Initiative. He's an alumnus of Florida State University, Master’s studies at University of South Carolina, Princeton Theological Seminary, Duke Divinity School, and Doctoral work at Nova Southeastern University. His community work has been noted where he’s received over 400 honors, awards, and commendations, including recently being recognized by the City of Tampa, as well as, a Board Member of Clothes 2 Kids, Urban League of Hillsborough and also a member of Leadership Tampa, Educate Hillsborough, and varied organizations across the nation including Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He is known as a Wisdom Teacher, Savvy Strategist, Family Advocate, Skilled Leader, and Proficient Administrator. He is a proven Leader with a Shepherd’s heart and Administrative and Strategic Mind that leads organizations to health and sustainability, an energetic creative who is a Speaker, Author, Podcaster, and content creator. His track record involves leading people, inspiring families, and building organizations with multi-million-dollar budgets, of which engages community, manages programs, and creates lasting change and life transformation.
