We're back again. Wiper and True and Pasture are bringing you the feast of the summer: mark your calendars for Saturday 20th July for an afternoon of Beautiful Beer and lip-smacking BBQ.

In a one-off fire-fuelled pop-up at The Taproom, Old Market, the Pasture team will be serving up decadent platters of succulent BBQ and tasty sides, all cooked over fire. Vegan & veggie options are available so that everyone can enjoy the fun. Soak up the summer sun (...we'll see...) with a welcome pint brewed on-site by Wiper and True (soft drinks and non-alcoholic options available, naturally).

Take your seats in the pop-up dining room by 1pm, for lunch served within the first hour. You then have your table reserved until 4pm, but you are welcome to stay and continue the merriment into the evening.

Wiper and True are an independent craft brewery based in Bristol. Our focus is on creating refined, carefully considered and utterly beautiful beer in the most sustainable way possible. The business started life in 2012, with three friends creating homebrew beer on their kitchen stovetops. Over the next few years we produced beer nomadically, brewing through the night and at weekends at breweries across the country. In 2015 Wiper and True built their own brewery in Bristol, where they brewed for the next seven years, before expanding into an additional bespoke new brewery and taproom in Old Market, Bristol, in July 2022.
