Is WinterFire accessible for those with disabilities?

Are there sign language and interpreting services?

There will be sign language and Spanish interpretation. If you would like to utilize these services, please visit the information desk and a member of the hospitality team will assist you.

How much is WinterFire Registration?

Accepted Answer

Early Bird Rate: November 1 - December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET for $55.
Standard Rate: Starting January 1, 2026, the registration fee will increase to $80.
Age Requirement: Registration fees apply to attendees ages 13 and older.

Do I have to register my child for the main service?

Children ages 6 – 12 yrs. old are $30. Children aged 0-5 years can attend for free.

Is childcare available?

A nursery is available for parents to take infants, there is no staffing in this nursery. Parents must remain with their child.

What is the age limit for children to attend KidsFire?

Accepted Answer

KidsFire convenes during the Day Services of Friday and Saturday, 10am-2pm and is open to children ages 6-12 years of age. Lunch is provided. The cost for KidsFire is $45 per child.

Are workshops included in the Registration Fee?

No, all workshops are sold separately. Workshops are $30 per session and can be added on at the time of registration.

Is it possible to attend only part of the conference?

If you cannot attend the three-day conference, you have the option of attending one or two days of WinterFire. The cost is $55 and will go on sale after the Thursday night service, on February 26th.

Can attendees record services or workshops at the conference?

Accepted Answer

Recording is not allowed without prior written consent from the organizers. Any unauthorized or extensive recording may result in removal from WinterFire. Contact info@winterfire.org with any questions/concerns.

Can I have a Vendor Booth at WinterFire?

Yes,  Apostolic entrepreneurs and vendors are welcome to showcase their products and services to WinterFire attendees. For more information, please email info@winterfire.org

Do you need any volunteers?

Yes, we welcome those interested in volunteering; please send an email to info@winterfire.org listing your name, contact information, home church, pastor, your contact info and which team you are interested in serving on (i.e First Impressions, Kid's Fire etc.).

When will sermons be available?

CDs/ DVDs are now a thing of the past. All upcoming WinterFire recordings will be digital only. Individual sermons will be available for purchase at the store `about30 minutes after each service and online two weeks after the conference. CDs/DVDs from past years will be available in the media center

Are there hotels with a WinterFire discounted rate?
