Steve Dobbs has a diverse background holding positions in multiple industries. Over the years, he worked in the trades as a machinist, welder, millwright and carpenter. Steve transitioned into the safety profession and became a safety officer for a large county. Steve also worked in the healthcare field as a hospital safety officer and ultimately as an assistant hospital administrator. Prior to joining BBSI, Steve worked as a senior safety enforcement officer for Oregon OSHA.
 
Dan Sweeney has a degree in Business Management & Communications from Concordia University and completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He worked in the wood products industry for 37 years. In his 20 year tenure at Stimson Lumber Company, he was Vice President of HR and Risk.
