Since I Love the Burg launched in May of 2009, it has been our mission to make St. Petersburg (a.k.a. the #BURG) the best place to live, work and play.

Join us for the inaugural Winter Whiskeyfest! Choose from over 12 different whiskeys to taste, enjoy light bites, and mingle over live music as we break in the brand new La Florida event space on a Friday evening. We're partnering with <A HREF="https://www.redmesacantina.com" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Red Mesa Cantina</A> to showcase their beautiful downtown venue and benefit a great community cause. Tickets are limited, with room for only 250 of our closest friends and fans.

JUST ANNOUNCED: Local distillers, American Freedom Distillery, has confirmed their participation in the upcoming Winter Whiskeyfest with their Horse Soldiers Bourbon Whiskey! The brand is based off of the Horse Soldiers, a handful of American Special Operations forces who were sent into Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom after 9/11. Their story, including one of the distillery’s proprietors, has been adapted into a movie, “12 Strong,” starring Chris Hemsworth, and currently showing in theaters nationwide.

A portion of proceeds go to <A HREF="https://www.metrotampabay.org" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">METRO</A> to support their essential LGBTQ, transgender, and youth programs.
