BLND is an integrative health management group with a blend of social workers, psychologists, yoga leaders and holistic guides curating custom mental and behavioral health services for individuals, groups and organizations within a concierge platform and individualized approach. Join BLND for Kalamazoo&#x27;s first Wellness Crawl. The winter months can be brutal, causing us to stay inside. But fresh air and movement, even in the bitter cold, is paramount to our mental and physical health. So, bundle up, grab a friend or three and lets brave the cold for some winter wellness activities!Start your winter wellness crawl by taking a 10:00 AM, 30-Minute Barre class with KALAMAZOOBARRE, then enjoy Wellness Shots at JUICY LEAF. Next stop is LANA&#x27;S Boutique and then CURATE &amp; CO. for a little shopping with a special wellness crawl discount. Next stop is micro- grocery Market on Michigan Avenue (MOMA) where we pick up pre-made lunches, and then we all end up at the BLND studio where we will practice self- care while enjoying lunch and discuss the importance of wellness in our community.Interested in getting you or your business involved as a vendor or partner?!
