Winter Soups

Our Home Cook classes at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts focus on the art of cooking with emphasis on using seasonal ingredients. They are taught by Escoffier's Home Cook Chef, Dallas Houle, who brings kitchen skills to each class.Home Cook classes make a great place to meet fun and interesting people who share your passion for cooking. They are perfect for singles, couples, team building events, and for anyone who loves to cook and eat!

Home Cook Classes

Led by Escoffier's Home Cook Chef, Dallas Houle, this dynamic collection of hands-on, technique-focused home cooking classes can cover everything from cooking and baking to cake decorating and more!

I﻿n need of upgrading your soup recipes this winter season? Join Chef Dallas to learn firsthand how to make some of his favorite heartwarming soups. Class registrations can be refunded through Eventbrite up to 7 days prior to the class date. Class registrations are non-refundable less than 7 days prior to the class. Missed classes may not be made up. The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards and to change recipes based on product availability. *It is extremely rare for a class to be canceled due to weather. Is there an age requirement? Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian.  Is there a dress code?This is a hands-on cooking event. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. For safety reasons, please do not wear shorts, skirts or sandals. If you have long hair, please pull it back during class.
