Winter Solstice Practice

I am a 200 hour certified teacher under Always at Aum and certified in Yin Yoga under Corina Benner. I built my skills as a teacher at Afterglow Yoga and I continue to build teaching my own outdoor classes, private sessions and corporate events via Sacred Crescent Yoga.I have extensive knowledge of Chinese medicine and Herbalism. As I study to become an acupuncturist at New York College of Health Professions I find special ways to weave this knowledge into all my classes.It is truly my honor and joy to be able to share my knowledge and practice with all of you. Can’t wait to see you on the mat!!
