As children of the earth, it is incredibly potent to observe the rhythm of nature as a way of understanding our own inner rhythms. The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year, after which the sun begins to return, and offers us the perfect opportunity to slow down and honour the potency of the darkness.
When we attune to these cosmic sacred pauses, so much can be illuminated. The subtle whispers of the Divine can be heard in the silence, and to the darkness honour is to honour the birthplace of all creation.
On Thursday 20th June, join us at Sisu Botanicals as we soften into the medicine of endings, releasing all that is ready to go, to fertilise the soil of our dreams.
This two-hour element ceremony is dedicated to the sacred pause, as reflected in the abyss of the cosmic womb. Here we will journey through the cosmos, explore conscious breath to help cleanse the energy systems of the body, explore ancient practices to help us naturally attune to the seasons and plant seeds of creation as the sun begins its return.

Free parking is available around the studio. Please bring something warm to wear as we will be outside for the fire ceremony.
Meditation, pranayama, spicy cacao, a fire blessing and practises to help attune to your true north are all included.
