Winter Solstice Celebration

Unity of Fairfaxis a Spiritual Center for Education, Practice, and Service in Oakton, Virginia. Unity offers extensive opportunities to connect deeply with our inner selves and with others through classes, events, service projects, and small groups. In addition, Unity of Fairfax holds regular services on Sundays at 11 a.m., as well as a noon prayer service every Wednesday.

Come celebrate the shortest day in the northern hemisphere, the 2018 Winter Solstice, on Friday, December 21, from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Unity of Fairfax.
We celebrate the rebirth of the sun and return of light in our physical world and the rebirth of the Son as Christ consciousness in our inner world. Lights, yule tree and decorations, song, bonfire, readings, and storytelling will entertain child and adult alike.
This is an indoor and outdoor event, so dress appropriately.
Suggested Love Offering: $10. Donations will be taken at the event. If you can't afford to donate please come anyway! 
Registration is requested but not required -- it helps us plan and know how many people to expect!
