Evening Idea Accelerator Program  
The Creative Coast Idea Startup Bootcamp powered by ATDC is a 12-week program following current best principles for launching a business.  It is heavily based on the teachings of <A HREF="https://steveblank.com/" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="Steve Blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Steve Blank</A> (an entrepreneur turned professor from Stanford) and <A HREF="http://theleanstartup.com/" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="Eric Reis" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Eric Riess</A> (the author of Lean Startup) 
All classes except teaser will run from 6-8pm, and feature about 1 hour of lecture, one hour of workshop and/or share.
 
Schedule/Overview 
1/8 – “Start with the Why”  - Pre-course teaser class.
    Intro Session on the Bootcamp.
    Homework: What’s Your Why?
    Free to all interested parties
 
1/15 – “Customer Discovery Overview”
    Overview of the Business Model Canvas and Customer Discovery Process
    Homework: Draft 1 of BMC
 
1/22 – “How to conduct a Customer Interview”
    Homework: Go out and interview 10 people (note: this will repeat every week for duration of 
    Program.)
Mentors: Assist with Crafting Hypothesis/Tests/Interview Questions.
 
1/29 – “Customer Archetype / Persona”
    Homework: Interview 10 people
            Customer Archetype Worksheet
    Mentors: Assist with Customer Discovery Shares.
 
2/5 – “Customer Journey – Follow the Money”
Homework: Interview 10 people
            Customer Journey Worksheet
Mentors: Assist with Customer Discovery Shares.
 
 
2/12 - “ Pivot or Persevere”
Checkpoint – meet one on one with a mentor
 
2/19 – “Financial Literacy” 
    Homework: Key Financial Assumptions & Financial Model
 
2/26 – “Financial Model Review” 
    Homework: Elevator Pitch
    Mentors: Finance Help with Model, 1 per team?
