WINners Circle Mastermind - Women in Networking (WIN): Edina MN

The WINners Circle is a mini-mastermind experience to share and receive ideas, input and support in a small group setting. Networking happens in a deeper way by diving in to encourage each other's professional success.

We're nearly halfway through the year. It's time to check in and ask yourself, "how am I doing?" and address those issues that keep popping up, again and again.

Chances are, you're so buried in your day-to-day work that fresh perspective and new solutions can be hard to see - but that doesn't mean they don't exist! With the support and input you’ll receive at this event, you’ll be ready to bust through barriers, applying creative solutions and reach your next level.

Whatever is happening for you (good or bad), being able to brainstorm and get feedback with other professionals is hugely helpful in turning that idea into a plan, that challenge into an opportunity or simply to get you un-stuck and moving forward.

Each participant in the WINners Circle will receive:

• Professionally facilitated time to ensure each attendee has an equal opportunity to introduce themself and their business/work
• Time to frame their business query to the rest of their small group
• Solutions/suggestions/ideas/feedback brainstormed by the other participants

You may wish to use this time:

• As a mini-focus group to gain feedback
• To help you determine next steps
• For finding potential solutions for a challenge
• For generating fresh perspectives and ideas
• To get to know other professionals more in depth

Here are some specific ways past participants have used the WINners Circle: gain insights before launching a new service or product; assistance to better define target market; ideas for fresh ways to reach target market; feedback on how to amp social networking profile; help in clarifying a big goal; choosing between options for a title or new logo; input on pricing model--you name it!
