Elizabeth is the owner of Re-Gain Health & Balance LLC and an advocate of Natural Healthcare & Mind, Body Medicine.Elizabeth is Certified in BodyTalk HealthCare System and has been in practice for over a decade and has trained directly with the founder John Veiltheim on numerous occasions. Elizabeth has extensive training in the BodyTalk System and has completed all advanced training including Parma (PhD level in the BodyTalk world).Her practice offers Modern Holistic HealthCare Sessons using BodyTalk, Lymphatic Drainage ( The Veilthem Method ), Energetic Fascial Balancing.
