Whether you are celebrating Valentine&#x27;s or Galentine&#x27;s weekend, there&#x27;s one perfect spot for wine lovers in Northern Colorado in 2020.Fort Collins Wine Time returns on Saturday, Feb. 15 at the Drake Centre (802 W. Drake Road in Fort Collins).The event features unlimited pours. Guests can sample from more than 75 varietals, poured by experts from Wilbur&#x27;s Total Beverage.The event is meant for wine drinkers of all knowledge and intended to help you discover new favorites.A limited amount of tickets are available for the 2020 event — last year&#x27;s event sold out.VIP hour begins at 5 p.m. General admission attendees get access at 6 p.m.The complimentary food stations for VIP ticket holders will include an assortment of cheese and charcuterie displays, fresh fruit, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, a smoked trout dip with several dippable options and much more.You are also given the option to purchase food items later in the night, such as beef sliders, crab sliders and sticky pork ribs at either $5 each or $12 for a combo plate (one of each).
