The Alliance Française de Seattle is a dynamic educational and cultural nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that serves the Puget Sound area. Our mission is to promote the French language, increase awareness of French and francophone cultures, and foster friendly relations between them.

<P>Join the Alliance Française de Seattle this October for a wine tasting with Jean Claude Beck.</P>
</DIV>
<P>Jean-Claude Beck, member of the Board of Directors of the Alliance Française de Seattle, comes from several generations of French winemakers. His family, from Alsace, has cultivated wine on a small village south of Strasbourg on the eastern slopes of the Vosges mountains since the 1500′s. Jean-Claude Beck has demonstrated expertise in the cultivation of various grape varieties in California and Washington State. He is now starting a new project, born of experience and passion--Le Bec Fin by Chateau Beck.</P>
<P>This wine tasting will be composed of three wines from Le Bec Fin specifically selected by Jean-Claude Beck himself: vin blanc, vin rosé, and Cabernet Sauvignon.</P>
