Is Your Club Shrinking?

With traffic down, conversion to club is also down, so how do we make the most of 2024 if traffic stays flat? In this session, we'll look at some benchmarks of wine club and share lessons on how to increase overall club revenue, fight attrition, and keep our most loyal club members longer.

April 17th

Next Level Tasting Room Sales Training

If you joined us for our Sales Training in September, this session will help you go to the next level. Or, if you are just joining us, we'll cover some basic best practices and then layer more tips and tricks to get you and your team to selling more, getting more club signups, all in a brand appropriate way.

May 15th

Generating Revenue Beyond the Tasting Room

In this session we'll explore ways to generate more revenue with less reliance on the tasting room 'typical' visits. We'll discuss ways wineries are building more revenue and club members with back-to-basics ideas, new out-of-the-box ideas, and other ways to fight lack of tasting room traffic.
