Sparkling wine has different names around the world and only sparkling wine made in the Champagne region of France is called Champagne. Wine made in Italy is called Prosecco, in Spain is called Cava, and in Germany is called Sekt. And in the United States and Napa Valley it's called sparkling wine.
Learn how specific grapes and production techniques influence how Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, and others in this educational and entertaining session. You’ll leave with practical knowledge and tips to differentiate between the different sparklers.

The ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel for any reason, we do ask that you notify us as far in advance as possible. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled class will be eligible for a full credit that will never expire and no rescheduling fee ($10 per ticket). If the cancellation is within 7 days of the event, there is a $10 rescheduling fee per ticket. No-shows or those canceled less than 24 hours, will not receive a rain check.
