Wine & Cheese Pairing Workshop

Join us for our sommelier-led wine & cheese pairing class featuring six wines and cheeses focusing on varietals, regions, and pairing tips.

Every month we feature a different wine region [or two] and teach you what grows where and what cheeses locals enjoy with their wines, and we take you there by tasting while we teach. Our workshops are casual, fun, intimate and interactive, and you'll learn what wines and cheeses you like, love, and should avoid when pairing.

In May, we will be presenting six wine and cheese pairings featuring wines and cheeses from Spain and Portugal - and we're focusing on "Albarino vs Alvarinho" for white wines and "Tinto vs Tempranillo" for reds. Bonus - you will have TWO Sommeliers guiding you for this workshop! Learn what makes these varietals and regions special, how their soils and native grape varietals differ, and which cheeses we paired with our featured wines.

Adult Therapy is located inside Glass of Life at 499 7th Ave N in the Historic Uptown neighborhood at Round Lake. There is free parking in the rear/behind Adult Therapy at Glass of Life and on the streets surrounding our shop/studio - please do not park in the spots marked for Residences above the shop or you risk being towed.
