Wine 101

Come and swirl, swish, and spit (maybe not spit) your way to vinous enlightenment! Our Wine 101 is all about wine basics and we take it nice and slow, tasting and talking our way through seven different wine grapes and styles. We’ll put our noses and taste buds to the test, learning the basics of sensory evaluation: how to assess color, body, bouquet, palate, and finish. All will be revealed!

• We'll taste 7-8 wines in class; make sure to eat first!
