Windflow Dance

Available through Zoom & in-person @ Chicago Danztheatre Ensemble, 3rd floor Loft, 1650 W Foster Ave. Chicago, IL

Ayako will share her somatic and creative routine in order to empty (to be full), strengthen, and prepare yourselves for dance improvisation performances and beyond. We will also touch on Quantum Entanglement through reading and creative activities. By building the basic movement skills through the clear alignment, she will raise awareness on how to develop movements. She also takes some questions and share tips to elevate, deeper and expand your skills as performers and beyond. This workshop is the reflection of Ayako’s life-experiences of being a dance improvisor for nearly 30 years. Hope this class will give you some insights for your own art and life experiences!
