Please note, your RSVP/Ticket does not guarantee a seat at this event. You do not need a RSVP/Ticket to attend this event. All DPL events are free and open to the public on a first come first serve basis. Your RSVP/Ticket informs us of your interest to attend and allows us to best prepare for the estimated capacity of the event. For events with a limited capacity, an employee will email you to confirm your attendance. We will require a response to our confirmation email to secure your seat.

<p>Catch the summer breeze with us! Join in to decorate your very own windchimes and colorful windmills. Create something bright and whimsical to take home and bring your outdoor space to life with sound and motion. Supplies and snacks will be provided!</p><p>Questions?
