Welcome to Windance Ranch! This luxury VRBO is the venue for this epic styled shoot. Located in the mountains between Vail, Aspen and Glenwood Springs.

VENUE DETAILS

Windance ranch is on 750 pristine, private acres. It is an hour outside of Glenwood Springs and 45 mins from the closest town of Gypsum. The lodge is 6000 sq.ft and has 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. It sleeps 18. Bed configuration includes 1 king room, 3 queen rooms, a double twin room, a 4 twin room (no bunkbeds). Daybed, air mattress and couches are also options. Features include: large kitchen, huge deck, indoor/outdoor fireplace, multiple living spaces, a game room with pool, foosball, darts, air hockey and more, an in-ground hot tub, 3 lakes with fishing and kayaking, a huge outdoor fire pit, bocce ball, horseshoes, an outdoor water feature (stream and waterfall), tons of wildlife roams the property including elk, deer, turkeys, eagles, buffalo and more!

Styled Set 1- Something Blue: A full wedding set including a lush floral arch, aisle flowers, chairs set for ceremony, a serpentine table set for 20 with floral centerpieces, cake, flat lays, and more. Model couple female/male in flowy dress and suit. Colors: light blue, white and pale yellow. Overall feel is classic, timeless and romantic

Styled Set 2- Colorado Sunset: A beautiful wedding set complete with modern floral stand ceremony set, chairs set for ceremony, aisle chair flowers, table set for 6 with lush floral centerpieces, cake and more. Models are a married biracial male/female couple. Dress is sleek, lace mermaid style, and a suit for the groom. Overall feel is bold, bright and modern.

Styled Set 3-LGBTQ Rainbow Dreams: A fun set focused on a rainbow. Ombre rainbow florals, smoke bombs, handfasting, a square table with beautiful floral centerpieces and rainbow macarons. Our engaged male/male couple are absolutely perfect for this shoot. Both will wear suits. Overall feel is fun, bright, colorful and playful.

Engagement Shoot- our lovely male/female couple will model in 2 different outfits-one dressy, one casual. There will be a champagne pop and photos in a kayak.

Boudoir- our brides from the engagement shoot and the Colorado Sunset set will model boudoir. One will be bridal boudoir and will feature white lingerie & Veil and the other model will do more traditional boudoir with various outfits.

Bridal Portraits- our planner is also a model and she will be doing bridal Portraits and modeling at the Something Blue set in a beautiful wedding dress.

Packages

Package A-3 day retreat $1100: Includes 2 nights lodging onsite at VRBO, 3 days of fun, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners prepared by private chef onsite, all photography sets, photography education session and Colorado goodie bag.

Package B-Day Pass $500: Come up for the day. Includes all photography sets, lunch by private chef and a Colorado goodie bag.

More Details

Alternative Lodging: The ranch is approximately an hour outside of Glenwood Springs and 45 mins from Gypsum. You are welcome to find a hotel and stay off site.

Airports: You can fly into DIA in Denver. The venue is approximately a 3 hr drive. You can also fly into Aspen. The venue is approximately 1.75 hrs away.

Carpool: I am happy to help arrange carpools among attendees!

Your host: Laura Dumpert is the owner of Four Seasons Custom Florals. She is a luxury wedding and event florist based in Johnstown, CO. She travels worldwide flowering events. Her work has been featured at the Oscars, on Married At First Sight, Love Is Blind and more. She has worked with top celebrity planners and has 28 years of design experience. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart and has 2 grown children. She is extremely passionate about her work, organized, is very responsive and communicates well.
