Join us for an evening of startup pitches from the finalists of the Offshore Wind Innovation Hub Accelerator program. </p><p>Finalists will pitch to a live audience and esteemed jury as part of evaluations to join the first-ever cohort of the Offshore Wind Accelerator program. Startups invited to join the program will be announced at a later date. </p><p>This will be a lively startup showdown and your chance to meet the innovators and the wider offshore wind ecosystem.</p>

<h2>The Offshore Wind Innovation Hub Accelerator</h2><p>A new world-class offshore wind accelerator program that will catalyze startups to unleash the potential of offshore wind in New York. The first cohort will be focused on startups who are reducing the cost and improving the development phase of US offshore wind projects. Your hosts for the evening are Tone Søndergaard, Director of the Offshore Wind Innovation Hub, and a special guest - Harris Alterman who will keep us all on our toes. He will guide us through an evening of fast-paced startup pitches, each followed by lightning questions from our judges.

Opening Remarks & Jury Welcome

Harris Alterman is a comedian from Denver, Colorado. He currently lives in Brooklyn. His address is-wait never mind. He has performed on a number of festivals including The Laughing Skull Comedy Festival, Limestone Comedy Festival, San Francisco Sketchfest, and The High Plains Comedy Festival. In 2022, Harris was selected to be a part of the inaugural Climate Comedy Cohort, a group of comedians brought together to fight climate change with comedy. His sketch videos have been viewed over 45 million times on social media and been featured on Comedy Central, The Guardian, Vulture, CollegeHumor.com, and the front page of Reddit. Harris is also the winner the 2017 New Faces Contest at the Comedy Works in Denver.
