Where are you located?

We are inside Sirus Fitness, a green warehouse building located behind Dunkin Donuts. Enter on the door with "2053" and the right door. You will be welcomed to a blue gym. Walk back towards the office and turn left. Through the white doors is our studio!

What do I bring?

Please bring water and grippy socks. We do provide yoga mats; however, you are allowed to bring your own.

Question 3

How old must you be to attend?

You must be at least 18 years old to attend. Any age under 18 must be accompanied with a person 18+

What are the drinks?

Accepted Answer

We offer a complimentary mocktail beverage that has a botanical and calm essence to help aid the restorative experience. No alcohol is served and no drinks are available for purchase.
