What to Bring:

Yoga mat, blanket and or cushion for optimal comfort. An eye mask is recommended to create a more immersive experience. Wear clothes that will allow for comfortable stretching positions.


No prior experience with yoga or sound healing is necessary—this event is open to all levels and abilities. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any props you may need for your practice.

What is a sound bath experience?

A sound bath is a therapeutic practice that involves immersing ("bathing") oneself in sounds, produced by various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes and flutes. During a sound bath session, participants lie down or sit comfortably while the sound healer plays the instruments.

What do I need to bring with me?

To ensure that you have an optimal experience, it is recommended that you bring the following: yoga mat, blanket or cushion for you to lay down on. An eye mask is great too for a more immersive experience.

What should I wear?

Any type of clothing is okay, however wearing clothing that is comfortable and loose is recommended.

I have never meditated before. Can I still participate?

Absolutely! Whether you're a seasoned meditator or a newcomer to the practice, everyone is welcome to join this harmonious event. There are no age requirements.

Can I arrive late or leave early?

It is preferable that participants arrive on time & remain for the duration of the experience so they can enjoy the full benefits and so as not to disturb the other participants with distracting sounds.
