If you are curious about incorporating mindfulness and meditation into your practice but you don’t know where to start, this class is for you.

During this 60-minute guided meditation class, you’ll embark on a journey of relaxation and self-discovery, which includes an introduction, warm-up, guided meditation, silent meditation, and a reflection and sharing portion.

The session begins with gentle breathing exercises to center your mind and body. As you settle into a comfortable position, the clinician will lead you through a longer meditation focused on balance and looking inward.

Throughout the class, you’ll be encouraged to let go of stress and tension, allowing yourself to be fully present in the moment.

After the meditation portion, you will be guided through a sound bath session.

As the session draws to a close, you’ll gently transition back to the present moment, feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to face the day with a sense of clarity and calmness.
