Win a 2024 Kawasaki 450cc Eliminator Motorcycle

The Riding Academy of NJ, Inc. (RANJ), a motorcycle safety training school, is raffling off a brand new 2024 Kawasaki 450cc Eliminator motorcycle w/ABS valued at $6,949.00.

Tickets are $25 each or five for $100. Tickets can be purchased in the following manner;

1) In person at the following locations until May 24th;

• RANJ's training location at Montclair State University, 35 Clove Rd, Little Falls, NJ, Lot 60, Saturdays & Sundays only from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Pompton Sport Center, 444 Rt. 23 North, Pompton Plains, NJ during store hours.

2) By mail by sending a check or money order to RANJ, PO Box 3177, Wayne, NJ 07474-3177.

3) By phone by calling the RANJ office number at (973) 742-2300. Tell us the number of tickets you want to purchase and your cell phone number. We will text you a payment link.

4) By email to Ridingacademy1@aol.com. Send us an email with the number of tickets you want to purchase. Include your cell phone number and we will text you a payment link.

Tickets are on sale now through May 24th. The drawing will be held on Saturday, May 25th at 3:00 PM at Pompton Sport Center. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing to win but must purchase a ticket to be included in the drawing. If the winner is not present, he or she will be notified by email from RANJ and also receive a phone call from RANJ within three (3) business days after the drawing.

Proceeds from the fundraiser raffle will benefit the rider training initiatives of The Riding Academy of NJ, Inc. With every ticket purchased, you are making a difference in the lives of those NJ residents who want to learn how to ride a motorcycle by offering them the highest level of proper and safe rider training.

CONTEST RULES

1. Raffle ticket sales begin March 1st, 2024 at 9:00 AM and end May 24th 2024 at 6:00 PM . (Void where prohibited by law).
2. Prize drawing will be held on Saturday, May 25th, 2024 at 3:00 PM EST at Pompton Sport Center on Rt. 23 in Pompton Plains, NJ. Ticket buyers do not have to be present to win. The winner will be determined by a random raffle drawing. The prize will be awarded to the name listed on the ticket. Only one name may appear on the ticket. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days or will be forfeited. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days, another drawing will be held.
3. Raffle tickets may be purchased in person at the following locations; RANJ's training location at Montclair State University and Pompton Sport Center, by mail by sending a check or money order to RANJ, PO Box 3177, Wayne, NJ 07474-3177, by phone by calling (973) 742-2300, by email to Ridingacademy1@aol.com or by QR code. You must be 18 years of age or older at the date of entry to purchase a ticket. Multiple ticket purchases by a single buyer are permissible. All ticket sales are final.
4. Maximum prize value of $6,949.00 based on MSRP of 2024 Kawasaki 450 cc Eliminator. No substitution of the offered prize may be made, and no cash will be given in lieu of the prize.
5. Raffle tickets will be numbered. All ticket purchasers will receive a unique number for each raffle ticket stub/receipt that will have the contact information with the ticket number based on the information provided when the ticket is purchased. The raffle ticket purchased serves as a receipt. Per IRS guidelines, raffle tickets do not qualify as deductible charitable contributions.
6. Raffle tickets purchased by mail, phone, email or QR code will be sent to buyers via text or mail.
7. The odds of winning depend on the final number of tickets sold. Winner claiming their prize must present a valid photo identification with a current address and their social security number. Ticket purchase will be verified. Winners are subject to and responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. Tax form 1099 will be issued to the winner. Consult your local tax professional for exact tax liability.
8. By entering the raffle, the winner agrees that their name and likeness may be used by RANJ for publicity and promotional purposes.
9. RANJ Board members, RANJ, Pompton Sport Center and Kawasaki Motors Corporation employees, contractors, and their immediate families are ineligible to win. Immediate family is defined as spouse and dependent children. RANJ, Pompton Sport Center, and Kawasaki Motors Corporation, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, or any person or organization affiliated with RANJ, Pompton Sport Center and Kawasaki Motors Corporation will not assume any liability for any loss, injury, claim or otherwise resulting from any prize obtained through the sale of a ticket. By submitting an order for a raffle ticket and receiving a drawing number, the buyer acknowledges this limitation of liability and assumes any liability and will hold harmless RANJ, Pompton Sport Center, Kawasaki Motors Corporation, or any affiliate for any liability resulting from the purchase of this ticket or any prize resulting therefrom.
