Do we enter any of the historic buildings or museums?

We do not typically stop inside any of the historic sites. Since most of the tour's destinations and historic sites are operated as independent museums, guests must contact museum staff and pay the museum's regular fees if they wish to enter.

Is this tour wheelchair/disability accessible

Yes, with the caveat that much of the city is built on a noticeable slope. Electric scooters and pushed wheelchairs should be able to traverse the tour without issue.
