One of the worst hurricanes in history suddenly arrives on the Mayan peninsula. The alert for cyclones is issued in the Mayan language. She, unable to communicate with others, tries to survive a hurricane withoutanyone’s help.Will she survive? ESPWilma cuenta la historia de una niña que crece como extranjera en su propia tierra, aislada por el racismo y clasismo que le impone su abuela, quien le prohíbe aprender maya y relacionarse con hablantes de esa lengua. Uno de los peores huracanes de la historia llega de repente a la península maya. La alerta por ciclones se emite en lengua maya.
