All previous members of the Willow Grove Chief Petty Officers Assoc. and a guest are invited to Aro Hill Farm on May 4th, 2024 from 2pm to 10pm.
What will be provided. Snacks, water, bathrooms, ice, plastic cups, indoor (with a bar) and outdoor venue and a food truck for the eveing dinner time that you can purchase food from. (Approx. 5pm to 8pm for the truck). We will also have live music during the evening as well as a fire if weather permits.
What you should bring: Any and all alcholic/non-alcholic beverages you would like to consume, chairs for outdoor use and any other snacks you might want. The cost will be $20 per person and will cover the bathrooms, electric, live music, snacks, water etc. The closest hotels are the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites Doylestown, Pa(they are next to each other). We have some limited parking (approx. 70 cars) so I urge you all the carpool, lift or Uber (It is also safer when leaving). Some of the hotels have small buses that can shuttle you to and from the hotel at designated times (set this up as a group at your hotets).
Note, that the address when in google maps may not bring you to my exact driveway. We have a chicken painted on our mailbox and I will have an event sign at the bottom of the driveway near the road.
We have some room for a few Campers (depending on the size). Please message me so we can make sure it will fit across my entry bridge.
