Balanced Run Yoga & Bone Up Brewing Co.

<P>Join us for a Saturday morning 5K and a flight of your favorite Bone Up brews! We'll set out for a relaxed-pace run from the brewery along the Northern Strand Community Trail. We'll meet at the brewery, get a quick stretch in and then set off for a guided run with a few fun surprises along the way. Post-run, we'll cool down and refuel with a flight of your favorite hand-picked beers. </P>
<P>The run will be guided by run coach <A HREF="balancedrun.com" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cyndi Roy Gonzalez</A>, a 7-time marathoner and local yoga teacher. </P>

<P>Yes! We'll run at an easy pace with the chance for a few pickups here and there. You'll know the route before we go so you can bail out if you really need to.  </P>
