So where might you still be holding back from truly living the way you want to? Where are you not fully acknowledging, celebrating, or expressing yourself? Together, we’ll ask the breath and gently explore what unfolds. Through reflective journalling, we’ll get curious about the places we hold ourselves back and discover where we can bring more of ourselves to life.
