Discover the creatures that call Ohio’s wetlands home!
In this hands-on session, participants will explore the important role of wetlands through games, crafts, and real animal encounters with native amphibians and reptiles. From frogs and salamanders to water-loving turtles, kids will get to observe these incredible animals up close and learn how they help keep our ecosystems healthy. Includes a nature walk and themed craft.

What to Wear/Bring for Wetlands Wonders

Wear closed-toe shoes you don’t mind getting muddy, bring a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and bug spray. Hats or sunglasses are great for sun protection. Optional: a journal, camera, or binoculars. We’ll provide all craft and game materials—just bring your curiosity!

Will the event be cancelled due to weather?

Unless there is a severe weather alert in the area, our events will continue as planned. We do not cancel for rain and ask guests to dress appropriately for the weather. Safety is our priority, and we’ll contact you if conditions require rescheduling.

Are there refunds for client based cancellation?

We currently do not offer refunds for clients cancelling their event. We would be happy to reschedule you to another event at no additional charge.
