Will I be able to treat wildlife after this course?

No. This course is designed to teach participants how to safely respond to a wildlife emergency with the goal of transporting wildlife to a licensed rehabilitation facility. Unlicensed wildlife rehabilitation is illegal.

How long do I have to complete the course?

Participants will have the entire month of February to complete the course materials.

Do I have to volunteer after taking the course?

No. Participants are welcome to learn more about volunteer opportunities at Tamarack Wildlife Center, but there is no requirement to volunteer.

What platform will the class be hosted on?

Participants will access the course materials through a Google Classroom set up by Tamarack Wildlife Center.
