Featured Presentation

Designing Your Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ (FFL) by Ecosystem

Join Doris Heitzmann, Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ (FFL) Program Manager at UF/IFAS Extension Pinellas County, for an educational presentation on designing a landscape that is beautiful, low-maintenance, and requires less water.

You'll learn about the Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ Right Plant, Right Place principle, including how to evaluate your site's unique conditions and select plants that will thrive. The presentation will also explore the original ecosystems of Pinellas County and the native plants that naturally belong in and support these environments.
