Wilde Winterfest

Wilde Winterfest is a free ice skating experience for individuals and families of all ages.  Participants can bring their own skates or borrow a pair free of charge at the rink. (Boys size 9-Mens 13, Girl 10-Womens 14). Helmets and other protective gear will not be available and should be brought from home if needed.  Hockey Equipment is not allowed.  
Participants have a choice of registering for a 45  minute time slot starting at 12pm and ending at 4pm.During, before, and after scheduled ice time participants can also play our different backyard games and enjoy a warm cup of hot chocolate while the rink is lit up and music plays. 
Assumption of Risk: I am aware that ice skating involves certain inherent risks, dangers, and hazards which can result in serious person injury or death. I hereby agree to assume and accept all known and unknown risks of injury that may arise from ice skating activities. I recognize and acknowledge that risks of ice skating can be greatly reduced by:taking lessons, abiding by the Rules and Regulations set forth by the rink staff, and using common sense. 
Release and Waiver of Claims Agreement:For allowing me to participate in public skating at the rink, i agree, to the fullest extend permitted by law, as follows: 1) TO WAIVE ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have against the rink, its staff, and the event producers. 2) TO RELEASE the rink from all liability for any damage, injury or expense that i (or my next of kin) may suffer, arising out of ice skating, from any cause whatsoever, including negligence or breach of contract on the part of the rink, in operation, design or maintenance of the rink.
