•	Comfortable athletic or movement-friendly clothing
•	Warm jacket (it can get cool in the mountains)
•	Waterproof shoes or boots
•	Swimsuit (if you’re staying at the resort and would like to use the amenities)

•  Full admission to all activities, group readings, and group coaching sessions led by Melissa
•  Meals plus 2 beverage tickets
•  Access to a comfort + hydration station
•  A curated self-care basket
•  Exclusive lodging discounts at the resort (optional overnight stay)

Do I have to stay the night?

Accepted Answer

No, however we strongly encourage participants to enjoy the mountain setting and the experience of connecting with the Naches River overnight.
