In conjunction with our Wild Exhibition we would like to invite you to attend one of our function well and feel good monthly Wednesday Late Wild Ways To Wellbeing Therapeutic Workshops. 5 Ways to Wellbeing 5 Ways to Wellbeing themes Connect, Notice, Learn, Active, Give

Each session will be delivered by a guest artist…all vary in discipline from Collage, Comic, Print, as well as a Wordsmith and more who using the one of the five ways to wellbeing themes, will guide you to create your own Wild Wellbeing Artwork.
