About this event
Where the Wild Things Grow is a 3-day camping gathering where we honor and center inclusivity, diversity, connection, play, wellness modalities & earth-based wisdom. Together we are building a community to share and showcase skills and crafts we are passionate about. We are calling in folks who believe in the ethos of community building and giving back to the land in a healthy and regenerative way. We are here to teach and learn by stepping into the skill sets of our wider communities.

We encourage everyone to leave the substances behind. While we can’t and don’t plan to monitor everyone’s behavior we do ask to leave all substances home. This excludes nicotine and tobacco.
Wild Things Gathering is inviting all women, trans & non-binary bodies
This is a 3-day camping gathering. All participants are responsible for bringing their own camping gear that makes them feel comfy. A detailed packing list will be sent out in the weeks leading up to the event.
Yes, car camping is allowed. You will be responsible for bringing all other gear that makes you feel comfortable.
The closest airport to Live Oak campground is Santa Barbara Airport (SBA). The second closest airport is Los Angeles International (LAX) about 2 hours and 15 minutes away.
Yes! We welcome all parents to bring their children. Kids under 8 get in for free. Check the ticketing site for all other kids' pricing. Be sure to purchase a nurturer ticket if you are a parent, this ticket applies to all parents regardless of whether or not their children are in attendance.
5 catered meals, live DJ and dancing, a wide variety of workshops, trade blanket, morning movement, community building, opening ceremony & closing ceremony.
All sales are final. If you are unable to make it you will be able to sell or transfer your ticket to someone else.
Yes, there is parking. Once you arrive you will check in at the front, and then drive into the campsite unload your belongings, and set up camp. Once that is complete you will head back to check in and park your car in the lot near the entrance until Sunday departure.
